Having held senior leadership roles across Europe and Asia, he brings extensive experience in retail, wholesale and brand development. Throughout his career, Hans has developed growth strategies across markets, distribution channels, brands and product categories, combining deep commercial insight with a strong understanding of consumer and retail trends. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing international teams, driving transformation, embracing new technologies and adapting businesses to changing market conditions. As an experienced retailer and business leader, Hans has built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance retail operations, optimise distribution and unlock new growth opportunities. Before joining Dynamic, he successfully led the private equity exit of a global jewellery business and managed the company’s transition to a new financial investor.
